SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 days between Monday and Friday.

Orders will not be dispatched on Public Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be sent out within the next two business days.

PRINTSWe do not keep stock of our prints to avoid damage. All HECTOR ROSE Fine Art Prints are printed to order, so please allow up to 3 weeks for your print to be dispatched.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA?

Your shipping rate is calculated at the checkout and is based on your delivery destination and the size and weight of the item(s). We offer FREE SHIPPING within Australia for all orders over $100! Just select this option at the checkout.

We ship all parcels using a tracked Australian Post service. You have the choice between:

- Parcel Post: Delivery time estimate post dispatch: 2-3 business days (VIC & SA), 3-4 business days (NSW, QLD & TAS), 5-7 business days (WA & NT)
OR
- Express Post: Delivery time estimate post dispatch: next business day (VIC & SA), 2 business days (NSW, QLD & TAS), 3 business days (WA & NT)

Note: FREE SHIPPING goes through the Parcel Post service. 

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND?

Your shipping rate is calculated at the checkout and is based on your delivery destination and the size and weight of the item(s). We offer FREE SHIPPING to New Zealand for all orders over $200! Just select this option at the checkout.

We ship all parcels to New Zealand using Australian Post. You have the choice of the following services:

- Economy Air: Untracked. Delivery time estimate post dispatch: 7 business days. FREE SHIPPING goes by this service.
- Standard Parcel Post: Tracked. Delivery time estimate post dispatch: 5 business days.
- Express Post: Tracked. Delivery time estimate post dispatch: 3 business days.

Please note: If incurred, import duties and / or taxes are the full responsibility of the customer receiving the purchased product.

SHIPPING TO ANOTHER COUNTRY?

Items are shipped using Australia Post. Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout. The rate is based on the delivery destination as well as the size and weight of the item(s) you have ordered.

SHIPPING TO A COUNTRY NOT LISTED?

If your country is not listed in the drop-down menu please email hello@hectorrose.com with your destination and the items you wish to purchase and we can assist you.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

Once you have completed your online order you will receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t receive an order confirmation email from us within 24 hours of placing your order check your Junk Folder in case our emails are going there. We may also have the incorrect email address registered with your name. Please check your account details to ensure your email address has been entered correctly.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Depending on the shipping method you selected at checkout, you will be able to track your order. When your order has left us you will receive an automated email with a tracking reference. Please allow a couple of hours for this to register in the system before tracking it, as information will not be available immediately.

CAN I USE A PO BOX FOR MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Yes. There are no problems delivering to a PO Box.
