SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 days between Monday and Friday.

Orders will not be dispatched on Public Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be sent out within the next two business days.

PRINTSWe do not keep stock of our prints to avoid damage. All HECTOR ROSE Fine Art Wall Prints are printed to order, so please allow 3 weeks for your print to be dispatched.

SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND?

Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. The rate is based on the delivery destination as well as the size and weight of the item. 

We send all parcels using POST HASTE within New Zealand and will take 1-3 business days to get to you.

All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind for both yourself and us. Should no one be present at the premises to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and your parcel will be available for collection from your local POST HASTE branch.

SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA?

Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. The rate is based on the delivery destination as well as the size and weight of the item. 

Items are shipped to Australia via New Zealand Post using their Easytrack service. Delivery will take 3-8 business days if there is no customs delay. 

All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind for both yourself and us. Should no one be present at the premises to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and your parcel will be available for collection from your local post office.

Please note: If incurred, import duties and / or taxes are the full responsibility of the customer receiving the purchased product.

SHIPPING TO THE UK, US OR CANADA?

Items are shipped using New Zealand Post. Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout. The rate is based on the delivery destination as well as the size and weight of the item. 

You can choose to ship your item(s) using:

- International Air: 3 - 10 working days (untracked, no signature required) or
- International Courier: 2 - 6 working days (tracked & signature required on delivery). 

Please note: If incurred, import duties and / or taxes are the full responsibility of the customer receiving the purchased product.

SHIPPING TO ANOTHER COUNTRY?

If your country is not listed in the drop-down menu please email hello@hectorrose.com with your destination and the items you wish to purchase and we can assist you.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

Once you have completed your online order you will receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t receive an order confirmation email from us within 24 hours of placing your order check your Junk Folder in case our emails are going there. We may also have the incorrect email address registered with your name. Please check your account details to ensure your email address has been entered correctly.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes you can! When your order has left us you will receive an automated email with a tracking reference. Please allow a couple of hours for this to register in the system before tracking it, as information will not be available immediately.

CAN I USE A PO BOX FOR MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

We are unable to deliver directly to PO Box addresses. We require a physical address as a signature is required upon delivery.
