WHAT PAPER AND INK DO YOU USE?

We use high-quality archival Hahnemühle 308gsm 100% cotton fine art paper with archival pigment inks. This combination produces stunning black and white prints with gorgeous tones that will last for many years to come.

WHAT DOES LIMITED EDITION MEAN?

Only 50 of each print in each size will be produced. A stamped and numbered Certificate of Authenticity will accompany each print. Additionally, the print itself is signed and numbered in a manner that corresponds with the certificate.

HOW IS MY ART PRINT PACKAGED FOR SHIPPING?

All Art Prints are carefully packaged and shipped to you in a durable, recyclable mailing tube.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY ON ART PRINTS?

We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases as our prints and frames are all custom made. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

We personally inspect and package all prints ourselves, so we know they are shipped in nothing but perfect condition. If the print is damaged when it arrives to you, please email the details to us at hello@hectorrose.com including photographs of the damaged packaging and print. We will organise to have a new print of the same edition number sent out to you.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ART PRINT?

Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. The rate is based on the delivery destination as well as the size and weight of the item(s) in your shopping cart.

Please visit our SHIPPING page for more information.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ART PRINT?

Please refer to our SHIPPING page for more information on shipping timing.

DO YOUR ART PRINTS COME FRAMED?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer framing at this time.

HOW SHOULD I HANDLE MY ART PRINT WHEN IT ARRIVES?

We recommended you leave your print untouched in the mailing tube to be handled by a professional framer. There is a Certificate of Authenticity inside which your framer should attach to the back of the frame.

If you decide to frame the print yourself, please handle the print with care as it can easily crease. Do not touch the printed surface directly. Oils from your skin can easily mark the print causing damage.
